Powered by Exa's Agent API, it automates building curated datasets of companies, people, or custom entity types — gathering matching results from the web and returning them as structured data with source citations. ## Setup No setup required. Websets is available to every agent automatically. ## Capabilities * **Research entity collections** — describe the task in plain language, including the entity type, the criteria a result must satisfy, and how many results you need. Exa searches the web, verifies candidates against your description, and returns the matches. * **Request the fields you need** — define the shape of the result, and each entity comes back with those fields filled in, including contact details such as email addresses, phone numbers, and websites. * **Enrich your own rows** — supply a list of companies or people you already have and let the agent research each one, or supply records to leave out. * **Track and read results** — research runs in the background. Check a run's status while it works, then read the result once it finishes, with citations for the fields Exa sourced.
